Agreement

By using 10xjanitor.com, you agree to these terms. If you engage our services, the specific scope, pricing, and deliverables will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

Services

10x Janitor provides done-for-you cold email outreach and appointment setting for commercial cleaning companies, billed per qualified walkthrough booked, with a minimum initial order of four walkthroughs. There is no recurring monthly fee. A booked walkthrough is one where the facility is inside the client's agreed territory, matches the agreed facility types, and a verified decision-maker agreed to a walkthrough at a set date and time. Walkthroughs in an order that cannot be delivered are refunded. There is no ongoing contract; clients may place further orders at their discretion.

Digital Products

Digital products such as The Walkthrough Machine ebook are delivered electronically upon purchase. They are licensed for the purchaser's personal business use and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

No Guarantees

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and sales follow-up. We do not guarantee a specific number of walkthroughs, close rates, or revenue results.

Intellectual Property

Content on this site belongs to 10x Janitor and may not be reproduced without permission. Work product created for clients is governed by the client agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10x Janitor's liability arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amounts paid to us in the preceding three months.
